Using Internet Explorer with Compatibility View enabled
Internet Explorer has a Compatibility View, a feature that affects how some websites are displayed. If Compatibility View is enabled for rogiani.com, it may cause some features to display incorrectly.
How to fix the issue:
To help make sure that Rogiani.com displays correctly, we suggest that you remove Rogiani.com from your list of sites that have Compatibility View enabled. Click your version of Explorer to learn how:
- For IE8
- In Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu at the top and select Compatibility View Settings.
- Select rogiani.com under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View."
- Click Remove.
- For IE9
- In Internet Explorer, right-click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner, next to the "favorites" star icon. (If you don't see this gear icon or your "File" and "Tools" menus at the top of your window, press your F10 key to make them show.)
- Select Command bar.
- Open the Tools menu near the top and select Compatibility View Settings.
- Select rogiani.com under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View."
- Click Remove.
If the instructions above don't work:
If you don't see "rogiani.com" listed, or if you still see a warning regarding compatibility view after following the steps above, please make sure that your computer has the latest Windows updates. See Microsoft's instructions to fix this issue. Not having the latest updates can cause problems with Rogiani.com, but can also leave your computer unprotected from recent security threats, so it's important to stay up-to-date. However, if you don't want to install the latest Windows updates to make sure your computer is protected, here's what you can do about the compatibility view warning:
- In Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu at the top and select Compatibility View Settings.
- Make sure that "rogiani.com" is not in the list called "Websites you've added to Compatibility View." If it is on that list, click Remove.
- At the bottom of the window, make sure that the boxes next to "Include updated website lists from Microsoft" and "Display all websites in Compatibility View" are not checked.
- Click Close. The page you're on will refresh and display in normal mode.
If after all the steps above you have still problem with our website, please try with another browser, like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Note: If your Windows computer is administered by your organization, you may not be able to access Compatibility View Settings or remove rogiani.com from the list of affected domains. Please contact your administrator or helpdesk as they may have used a Windows group policy setting to set this parameter for you.
