Italian-born Elisabetta Rogiani brings the European couture tradition to Hollywood, creating custom fitness wear for celebrities, athletes and fitness models.

Each order is custom cut and hand made in Hollywood, California. For the past 17 years, the Rogiani Production Team has been creating signature looks for magazine covers, Hollywood Celebrities and the elite of the fitness world.

Nearly every item available at Rogiani.com can be customized in size, color and style.

HOW TO MEASURE

General Directions: When taking your measurements, maintain good posture to get the most accurate read. Make sure you don't pull the measuring tape too tightly always make sure you can breath comfortably. We recommend you take your measurements wearing little or no clothing for the most accurate read. Make sure your measuring tape is straight.

Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Waist: Measure around natural waist with above the navel.

Hips: Measure around the widest point of your hips.

CUSTOMIZATION

Because we individually make each order, nearly every item available at Rogiani.com can be customized.

To order a Custom Size and/or Inseam:
When purchasing the item in the website, select the "CUSTOM" size from the pull down menu on the product page. You will then be prompted to enter your measurements. There is no additional fee for custom sizing.

To order a Custom Color/Combination:
Nearly every product on the website can be made in any color you see on the website. If the color combination you would like is not offered on the product you wish to purchase, you may request a custom color/combination for an additional fee of $15 per item.

To order an item in a custom color, after add your product(s) to the cart purchase the Customize Color product for each applicable item by either clicking on Specialties / Customize / Customize Color, or by CLICKING HERE.

Once you have placed your order, please reply to your Order Confirmation and provide the details of your requested customization. The Rogiani Team may call or email you to review your request.

To order a Customized Style:

Many products on the website can be customized-- longer or shorter tops/bras, lower or higher rise shorts/pants, modified straps, etc. The additional fee for customized styles begins at $25 per item.

To order an item in with a custom style, after add your product(s) to the cart purchase the Customize Style product for each applicable item by either clicking on Specialties / Customize / Customize Style, or by CLICKING HERE.

Once you have placed your order, please reply to your Order Confirmation and provide the details of your requested customization. The Rogiani Team may call or email you to review your request.

Mix & Match Custom Outfit

Many customers like to mix and match our 2-piece outfits, wishing to order the bra from one outfit with the shorts from another.

The bras and shorts from our 2-piece outfits may be swapped to create a Mix & Match Custom outfit, which can typically be ordered in any color available on the website. Mix & Match Custom Outfits begin at $180.

Once you have placed your order, please reply to your Order Confirmation and provide the details of your requested customization. The Rogiani Team may call or email you to review your request.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated Order Confirmation email.

If you have not already done so, we strongly recommend that you reply with your measurements. If you have any additional notes, please also include them.

You may also receive a phone call from Elisabetta, Sarah or another member of the Rogiani Team to follow up with questions regarding your order.

SHIPPING

Orders typically ship in 2 - 3 weeks but may be expedited upon request.

• Domestic Shipments are made via UPS-- Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
• International Shipments are made via USPS—Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, or Global Express Guaranteed.
• Shipments to Hawaii may be shipped either via UPS or USPS.
• Customers in the Los Angeles area may also arrange to pick up their orders at our location - 7466 Beverly Blvd, Ste 206, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (at Gardner) between 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday (except Holidays). Please confirm that your order is ready prior to pick-up.

DELIVERY / EXPEDITING

Orders typically ship in 2 - 3 weeks but may be expedited upon request.

In the event you wish to expedite your order, please email us prior to placing your order indicating the date when you need to receive your order. We do our best to expedite orders as requested, but due to the couture nature of our production cannot guarantee expedited delivery dates.

ORDER STATUS

Orders typically ship in 2 – 3 weeks, but may be expedited upon request.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email which will include UPS or USPS tracking number as applicable.

If you wish to check on the status of your order, make a change or request that it be expedited, please reply to your Order Confirmation email or email us directly at orders@rogiani.com.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for a response as your order may need to be traced through the production process.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All items are made to order and may be exchanged only.

In the event you wish to make an exchange, please contact ROGIANI.com via phone (323/634-7383) or email (orders@rogiani.com) within 14 DAYS of receipt of your Order to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Please complete the ROGIANI.com - Exchange Form which included in the package with you order on the back of the Letter, or you may Click Here to download a PDF of the Exchange form.

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, exchanges must be promptly sent postage prepaid along with the completed Exchange Form to:

GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand or Machine Wash Cold. Wash Inside Out, No Bleach Wash Dark Colors Separately, Remove Promptly. Hang Dry Flat or Tumble Dry Low.
