There is a No Refund Policy for the garments purchased on the Elisabetta Rogiani website. All garments are one of a kind and custom made to the specifications you provide us. Since no two people are the same, there is now way we would be able to sell your custom made garment to another client.

You must read and understand our sizing and measuring instructions prior to placing your order. If you have any questions about how to make and submit proper measurements for your garment please email us at: info@rogiani.com, we will be happy to assist you to ensure you'll get the correct measurements so your garment will properly fit you.

You must accept the terms of this No Refund policy in order for you to complete the checkout process. If you do not accept the terms of this No Refund policy you will not be able to complete the order process and you will not be able to submit your order for processing.
